550 rep fat massacre

I came across this blog a while ago and became a little obsessed.The thing I like the best about this blog is that she demonstrates each exercise. Sites that just describe what to do in words are pretty annoying and I can never figure out what I’m doing. This specific workout caught my eye and I had to try it. The 550 rep fat massacre was the first online workout I’ve ever tried. The beauty about this one is that you can redesign it to your fitness level. For me, I cut down the reps to 10-20 per exercise. It still kicked my butt and I had a healthy layer of sweat on me. I was a good kind of sore and felt very accomplished. This will make your fat cry… hard. Below is the run down on this monster workout (this was copy and pasted from her blog, all credit goes to her):

  • Backward Lunge Kick Up: 25 reps on each leg
  • Walk Over Push Up: 50 reps
  • Mountain Climber: 50 reps
  • Sumo Squats Knee Up: 50 reps
  • One Leg Bridge Leg Lift: 25 reps on each leg
  • Side to Side Squat & Leg Lift: 50 reps
  • One Arm Tricep Push Up: 25 reps on each arm
  • Star Crunch: 50 reps
  • Diagonal Touch Down: 25 reps on each side
  • Side Plank Lift: 25 reps on each side
  • One Leg Wall Sit: 25 reps on each leg
