The Spark Challenge

This circuit is super easy and really gets you moving… AND it’s sponsored by The Terminator! Here is the page. The awesome part about this challenge is it’s every month and the winner gets a prize of some sort. If you’re a member of fitocracy (I highly recommend it), it really stacks up the points (at least 200 a workout).

The workout has two options: barbell or bodyweight. I do the bodyweight version. Here is the break down of the BW version:

8-10 Squats; 5-8 Push-ups; 15 sec. Plank; 15 Jumping jacks; 6 (each leg) Reverse lunges; and 10 Glute Bridges.

The circuit is repeated 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.
